Claims Procedure

Immediate notice of all incidents likely to give rise to a claim under this insurance policy must be made to A & B Insurance Brokers without delay. This form can be used for this purpose and should be submitted with the relative documents. If the documents are not available immediately this should not delay notification.
Claims Against Third Parties - It is the Assured’s duty to protect all claims against third parties in order that Underwriters can pursue any claim against those parties responsible for the loss. Failure to properly protect claims may prejudice the insurance claim.
Details of the time limitations can usually be found on the reverse of the carriage documents. Should you require any further guidance in this regard please contact Abbott & Bramwell, Cargo Division without delay.
